Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This AUP governs use of the FinVerified platform by all users. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

2. Permitted Use

Use the platform solely for managing compliance obligations related to patient financing, payment, and processing at licensed healthcare facilities. All use must comply with applicable law.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Violate any federal, state, or local law including healthcare, financial services, and privacy laws
• Process data for any individual or entity on OFAC SDN or SAM.gov exclusions lists
• Misrepresent identity, organization, or licensure during onboarding or platform use
• Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Circumvent or disable security features or access controls
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive programs
• Use automated scrapers or bots without written permission
• Resell or sublicense access without a written reseller agreement
• Use FV-Clear Certificates in a false or misleading manner
• Coerce, pressure, or mislead patients regarding financing options
• Submit false or fabricated compliance data, acknowledgments, or documentation
• Violate MCF® standards: Transparency, Non-Coercion, Neutrality, Accuracy

4. Content Standards

Content you upload must not be false, fraudulent, defamatory, or violate third-party rights. Patient data must be collected with appropriate consent under HIPAA and applicable law.

5. Security

Maintain security of your account credentials. Implement reasonable security for API integrations. Report unauthorized access immediately to hello@finverified.ai.

6. Enforcement

FinVerified may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access without notice for material violations. We may report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
